Dubai International Airport - UAE

Dubai International Airport is situated in the Al Garhoud district, 2.5 nautical miles (4.6 km; 2.9 mi) East of Dubai and spread over an area of 7,200 acres (2,900 ha) of land. Terminal 3 is the second-largest building in the world by floor space and the largest Airport Terminal in the world.

New Doha International Airport

Hamad International Airport replaced Doha International Airport and was constructed 4km from the previous facility on a 5,400-acre site. It is Qatar’s only international airport with 41 unrestricted contact gates which handled approximately 38 million passengers in 2019. Phase one of construction was initially completed in April 2014 with the second phase expansion aiming to further increase the passenger handling capacity to 53 million.

Qatar Rail including 37 Metro Stations

Qatar Rail is the owner of the network and responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the entire rail network and systems. The Doha Metro will have a total operational length of 76 kilometers, with 84% underground, 14% elevated and 2% at grade, and has 37 stations across three lines – Red, Green and Gold. With an estimated cost of $36bn, the metro rail project is being built in two phases and is expected to become one of the most modern railway networks in the world.

Al Sadd Metro Station - Qatar

The Doha Metro is a new, state-of-the art, best in class automated rail network, running mostly underground and across the city of Doha. Doha metro will form the backbone of Qatar’s integrated public transport system promoting usage of public transport system in the country and key ingredient in the accomplishment of the Qatar National Vision 2030.

Pearl Qatar - Qatar

Pearl Qataris a 400-hectare man-made Island located off the eastern coast of Qatar. It will offer a total of 1,200 rooms with related facilities. The project involves with the task of Construction of (326) housing units comprising deluxe villas, townhouses and apartments surrounded by 23,500 square meters of landscaped gardens and transcendent water features. Project Value – QAR 2.6 Billion

Qanat Quartier - Qatar

With pastel-colored low-rise buildings, intricate canals, pedestrian-friendly piazzas, Qanat Quartier precinct is the State of Qatar’s very own little Venice; One to Five-Bedroom Apartments, 1.6 km of Canals, 1,120 Parking Spaces, 1,164 Residential Units, Two to Three-Bedroom Townhouses, 190 Retail Shops, 31,000 sqm of Retail Space

New Port Project - Qatar

Doha’s New Port Project is a state-of-the-art shipyard and world class port, introducing the GCC’s new vital point for global shipping and trade at an estimated cost of $7.5 billion, commending itself to be one of the largest in region. The new port will have the capacity to hold six million containers annually, designed as three contemporary terminals, including a high-tech data center, grand service dock and easy access to natural gas and electricity for global vessels.

Shangri-La Hotel - Qatar

A Project by Al Rayan Tourism Development Company, Shangri-La Hotel, Doha will have 272 guest rooms (from 48 square metres/516 square feet to 75 square metres/807 square feet) including 46 suites (from 96 square meters/1033 square feet to 288 square meters/3100 square feet), 42 serviced apartments and an exclusive Horizon Club.

Al Faisal Tower - Qatar

Al Faisal Tower is the tallest structure in Doha, Qatar with a height of 240 meters when completed in May 2012. The design of Al Faisal tower consists of structural concrete cores on either side of the structure, with structural steel composite floors in between. The structural concrete cores include services and vertical transportation allowing for an open floor plate of 670 square meters. The top four floors of the tower are designed as executive office spaces with an average of 643 square meters of un-obstructed open space.

Arwa Tower - Qatar

The project features two basement parking floors, a ground floor, 39 floors of apartments and a parapet top. It also has a swimming pool, a leisure area and a gym. Rising 176 meters high and with a built-up area of more than 63,000 square meters. The tower contains a mix of two and three bedroom apartments, duplexes and penthouses. The tower has aluminum cladding panels, curtain walling and apartment balconies, with inclined glazing and pre-cast concrete roof elements at varying heights. Total built up area is 63,000 m2.

City Center Extension - Qatar

The project comprises development on the west and east sides of the City Centre phase I building (shopping mall). The projects sites are entitled phase II west and phase III A east.

Phase II west consists of three below grade levels, an above ground eight storey podium Phase III A east consists of three below grade levels, an above ground eight storey podium under the Shangri- La and Rotana Towers. The Shangri La and Rotana are five- star hotels. Also included is the Merweb Hotel, a local five star hotel.

Total built area is 380000 m².

Golden Tower - Qatar

The project featured full Interior Design and Fit-out works spread over 16 floors of the 2B+G+15 building for the General Authority of Customs. It features a variety of usage across public areas, offices, board room, theatres, exhibition space, archives etc. The project enabled the customs authority to move into a high quality, purpose built facility.

Qurum Mosque - Oman

The project is for construction of a Mosque at Qurum. The works comprise RCC structure, Mosque building, IMAM house, boundary wall, electro mechanical service and external works

Sheikh Faisal Museum - Qatar

Sheikh Faisal Museum is one of or rather call it the best private collection that a man could collect during his lifetime from past to present and the ‘past’ starts 1000s of years old. A family premise converted to a grand personal museum of more than 15,000 artifacts now open to visitors having alike interests and passion. A venue not intended for commercial benefits but to experience a ‘Journey through Time and Place’ as Sheikh Faisal himself defines his collection.

18th November Street (Road Project) - Oman

Muscat Municipality to implement road expansion project at Al Mouj and 18th November Streets in order to enhance traffic movement in the areas and raise the efficiency of these roads. The project aims to enhance the traffic movement in the area, raise its efficiency, work on its flow at different times and climatic conditions, activate the development and commercial movement and serve the plans and facilities surrounding the area, the Municipality added.
