This procedure applies only to our professional surveying and consultancy services, including quantity surveying, cost management, tendering, contract administration, commercial management and related professional advice.
It does not apply to education, training, learner complaints or academic appeals.
Our Complaints Process
1. SUBMIT COMPLAINT
Send us the details of the issue and your desired outcome. We will acknowledge receipt within 7 calendar days.
2. INTERNAL REVIEW
We will investigate fairly and impartially and aim to provide a written response within 28 calendar days. If more time is required, we will keep you informed.
3. INDEPENDENT RESOLUTION
If the complaint cannot be resolved internally, you may request independent review through an RICS-approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider.
